A beginner level class designed as a place to start a personal Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong practice. This is a collective effort from local Asheville teachers to offer a free entry point into this ancient and potent philosophy and movement practice for the healing and care of our community.
We will warm up then visit some basic postures and move thru parts of a few basic forms. This is a good class for the very brand new, the intermediate and the experienced practitioner to meet and move together in community. Please wear comfortable clothes. Barefoot practice is encouraged but bring what you like to be best suited for gentle movement. Please bring water as it is good to stay hydrated while breathing and moving.
Please check back for more information soon.
